Ian and I bought Lennon 2 new kites for her birthday. Today she and I went to the beach to fly one. The wind was perfectly steady and she was able to fly the kite all by herself!

There are few sensations in the world that feel as magical as the pull of a kite against the wind. I didn't experience that until I became an adult, with kids of my own.
